Here is an article that I found about cooking for vegetarians and vegans. If you are one of the either, this article has a lot of information that you are already aware of. But for those who are into the idea, or would like more information, this is a good start.

An article posted in the Baltimore Sun. A very good read, but a lot of things you probably wouldn't want to buy since there is only a few weeks left in the semester. But it is a good read nonetheless.
